Are prices per site?

Yes. Each one-off task and each maintenance plan covers one website. If you have several sites, add each one to your account and choose a plan for it.

What counts as an “unlimited website task”?

With the Unlimited and Performance plans, we take care of small but important jobs like visual tweaks, plugin settings and customizations, and domain or hosting fixes, which frees up time for your designer or developer.

Larger projects such as redesigns, new page builds, new functionality or an SEO strategy are outside the plans. Those are best handled by your design, development or marketing team.

How much do I save with yearly billing?

You get two months free when you pay yearly. Switch the toggle in the pricing table above to see the yearly prices.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Maintenance plans have no minimum term, and you can cancel any time, no questions asked.

What if you can’t fix my WordPress issue?

You get a full refund. We keep working until the issue is resolved and the errors are gone, but if we can’t fix it for any reason, you don’t pay.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I get started?

Create an account on our customer portal and add your site. Then buy a one-off task or subscribe to a maintenance plan, and create a task describing what you need.
