Can you remove malware from my WordPress site and stop it from coming back?

Can you migrate my WordPress site to a new host or domain?
Yes. WordPress migration is included in every maintenance plan, and you can also order it as a one-off task. We move your files and database, update URLs, set up DNS and SSL, and test everything on the new host before switching over, with zero downtime.

What if a WordPress update breaks my site?
Updates usually break sites when a plugin or theme isn’t compatible with the new WordPress or PHP version. On a maintenance plan, we take a backup before every update and check the site afterwards. If something breaks, we roll back and fix it. Ozgur also tests new WordPress releases with the core Test Team, so we often know about issues before they reach your site.
Can you set up Cloudflare and stop unwanted traffic?
Yes. We set up Cloudflare full-page caching, custom security rules and rate limiting, then put a managed challenge in front of the traffic that hammers your login page, XML-RPC and other endpoints, which are commonly probed for vulnerabilities.
A managed challenge checks each visitor in the background: real people get through, usually without noticing anything, while bots are stopped before they reach your site. Your server no longer wastes CPU and memory on junk requests, so it has more capacity for real visitors.
For many sites, it’s the biggest single improvement for both speed and security. All within Cloudflare’s free plan, so there’s no ongoing cost for you.
What if you can’t fix my WordPress issue?
You get a full refund. We keep working until the issue is resolved and the errors are gone, but if we can’t fix it for any reason, you don’t pay.

For most issues, we only need a WordPress admin login. If you’re locked out of wp-admin, or the fix involves PHP settings, wp-config.php or .htaccess, we’ll also ask for hosting access.
